Available January 2027, this beautifully updated and fully furnished condo is just a short walk to the beach! Located in the Folly Field area of HHI, this private condo is in a building with elevator access and includes a pool for residents and guests. The condo includes two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, an updated kitchen with granite tops and stainless appliances, comfortable living room and dining area, and two balconies. There's one off the living room and a private balcony off the primary bath. Tenant is responsible for all utilities (water, electricity and cable/internet). Pest control, trash service and landscaping are included. Seeking a 6+ month lease. One dog would be considered on a case by case basis with owner approval and a pet deposit. Security deposit due at lease signing. Application fees are non-refundable. Rental does not include sheets, towels or toiletries in photos. Coastal Long-Term Rental Company uses a third-party screening service called PetScreening.com and requires everyone to complete a pet profile, a "no pet" profile, or request accommodation for an assistance animal.
