Verified residentReview source: verified residentPlace just sucks. Mice. Guests that drive through security gates all the time. No floor os sound proof. Can hear you neighbor fart. Unless you have a spot in the garage guests park in the same spots as resident. Some residents have to park in the neighboring hotel parking lot. Rent elsewhere.

Verified residentReview source: verified residentParking is a nightmare! Trash everywhere! Trash pick up is a joke. Trash often stays for days! Pool is NOT saltwater, advertised as saltwater! It took 3 days for someone to come check out why stove was not working only to discover that breaker needed to be check. The breaker is tripped everyday. I can not plug in the 2 electric item at the same time. Residents do not pick up after the pets! The water/ dryer combo is a joke m. 2 hours dry time CRAZY! Tedd sad indents are allowed to keep clothes in washer and dryer for days . I spoken with Stephen
