I give SOMEWHAT SATISFIED for Ameneties and Management for the simple fact that they are not always available for use. To limit the pool to only when a lifeguard is present is a bit ridiculous to me, especially when a lifeguard is only required when the pool is 5ft deep, and this one is not. Also, to not be able to go to the gameroom at, say, 10:30 and shoot pool, or use the gym at whatever time works for the resident, is frustrating. What is the reasoning behind this? The amenity rules often make me feel like a grown adult being baby sat, and I don't need a babysitter. I would certainly warn anyone considering moving here about this. Afterall what's the point of a $500 amenity fee if they aren't always availabe. Otherwise everything is fine.
