The following are additional charges or fees which you may be responsible for in addition to monthly rent. These prices are subject to change.

ONE-TIME FEES
Application Fee: $50 per occupant over 18
Security Deposit: One month’s rent for qualified applicants Security deposit alternative through OBLIGO
Move-in Inspection Fee: $75–This fee covers the required annual inspection fee by the City of Easton
Utility Set-up: $10–This fee covers the initial set up of certain utilities that are rebilled to residents via submetering
Pets (if applicable): Cats–$200 Non-Refundable Fee Dogs–$350 Non-Refundable Fee One dog, one cat– $350 Non-Refundable Fee $50 PooPrints enrollment fee for additional dog

MONTHLY FEES
Parking: $75 per month, per space Utilities: Electric, Water/Sewer, Internet, Cable, Phone to be paid by resident
Renters Insurance: $15 per month if purchased through City Center Residential Master Policy
Amenity fee: $80 per month, includes Wi-Fi
Pets (if applicable): Cats–$30 per month Dogs–$40 per month One dog, one cat–$60 per month

PetScreening (if applicable): $30 annual fee paid directly to PetScreening
