It is a two-story Tri-Plex, though this unit is physically separate from the other two. It is located behind the front two units on 2nd ST NW and is accessed by car from an alley behind the property. There is also a gated access from 2nd ST NW.
We offer an easy-to-use tenant portal where you can do things like making electronic payments, checking your balance, viewing your lease documents, and tracking maintenance requests.

Terms: Rent is $2095.00 per month with a signed 12-month lease, which converts to month-to-month after one year. The tenant is responsible for landscaping. Water and Sewer is included with the rent. All other utilities are paid separately by tenants.

The security deposit is $1000.00 and is fully refundable.

Pet Policy: $500.00 pet deposit for each pet.

Smoking Policy: No smoking.

Qualification Requirements:

Half of the security deposit ($500.00) is required to hold the unit and take it off the market once your application has been approved. We will only hold the unit 2 weeks from receiving that deposit before rent needs to start being paid. This deposit to hold is not refundable should you choose not to take the unit at any time during that 2-week hold period.
