Application & Deposits:
- $65 application fee per adult
- Apply within 24 hours of your visit & have the application fee(s) credited to your first full month’s rent!
- Security deposit: $500 or equal to one month’s rent (based on application approval)

Pet Policy:
- One dog (max 25 lbs) allowed per household, cats not allowed
- $500 pet deposit + $25/monthly pet rent
- Qualified service/companion/ESA animals permitted under ADA & Fair Housing laws

Utilities:
- Water/Sewer/Garbage: Billed monthly based on usage and unit square footage. The estimated range is $40-$70/month. To help offset utility expenses, the property covers 10% of the total bill, with residents responsible for the remainder
- Electricity: Residents are required to establish and maintain their own individual electric service account with PGE (Portland General Electric)
- Wifi: Xfinity WiFi routers are pre-installed in each unit. Residents are responsible for activating the service and covering all associated costs directly with the provider
