You will be prompted to fill out a short questionnaire and then will be contacted by RRTPM shortly after to schedule a showing. This is not an application. After seeing the home, if you are interested in formally applying, a credit and background check will be required. A non-refundable fee of $35 will be charged.

All persons over the age of 18 must fill out an application in order to be considered as prospective tenants. If approved, a refundable security deposit and 1 full month rent is due at time of lease signing.

Pet Policy: Two pet maximum with a combined weight limit of 80 lbs. Additional fee of $300 non-refundable due at signing plus $50 monthly pet fee per pet.
