Overall rating
Over all the location is great, the neighborhood and neighbors we're a great atmosphere. Although the overall experience with lack of professionalism in management and the maintenance team over shadows everything else. The apartments themselves are just masked over with a new coat of paint, rotting water damaged cabinets are a thing. Our apartment floors were all damaged and old piping causing leaks under sinks were treated as a none issue for management and their maintenance team. Plumbing failures were uncommon but did happen, and were also treated as none issue. My apartment personally flooded with sewage and my family and I were left we zero help, for more than 14 hours! emergency maintenance line is none existent... The whole experience was just a disaster! If anyone is planning on moving into 5013 building of Spain Town Homes I'd be checking everything with a time tooth comb.
the maintance is horrable they dont get around to things and there one person who fixes things the office is never open
