Feel like it’s overpriced for what it’s actually worth. Paying almost 2,000 you would think the facility and the apartments would be more up to date. Lot of the utilities broke. Closet doors, ceiling in bathroom. Windows, back door. Our daughter’s room smelled like cat piss primarily the whole lease due to the strays living in the complex. Originally also when we saw the post to move in here they had a 2 bed 1.5 bath for 1500 when we got there they said the add was wrong. So ended up having to pay almost 300 extra from what was expected. Neighbors are also a headache at times depending on where you’re located.
