Verified residentReview source: verified residentLocation seemed convenient until the smell from the sewage treatment next door began blowing over. Management has had zero follow through. The noise outside our apartment from canal cleaning tools (horrible screeching noises) keep my night shift girlfriend up all day. Management has failed to schedule anything requested to better our apartment living (electrical fixes, fuse issues, missing screens, leaks from the bricks). There have been floods, pets, constant fire alarms and evacuations. This place is a disaster. But it’s considers luxury due to wood floors and a game room 👎
