Property DescriptionSpacious primary bedroom with a private four-piece bathroom in a beautiful single-family home at the base of Crotched Mountain in Bennington, NH. The bedroom and bathroom are located in a separate wing of the home, offering privacy and a comfortable living space.
I'm looking for a responsible, respectful working professional or graduate student who appreciates a clean, quiet, and comfortable home. A month-to-month arrangement is available, with an initial three-month stay preferred to make sure it's a good fit for everyone.
The property offers a peaceful mountain setting with year-round access to skiing, hiking, and nearby lakes. Peterborough and Hillsborough are approximately 20 minutes away, while Concord, Manchester, Nashua, and Keene are approximately 35-40 minutes away.
**What's Included:**
- $1,200/month, all utilities included
- Spacious private primary bedroom
- Private four-piece bathroom
- Shared kitchen and common areas
- Quiet mountain setting
- Flexible month-to-month arrangement
**About the Household**
You'll share the home with a professional homeowner who works primarily in Boston, his teenage son, and a friendly dog. We're typically at the property up to three weekends per month, allowing for plenty of quiet time and privacy.
**Household Preferences**
- Non-smoking, drug-free household
- Clean, responsible, and respectful housemate
- No cats due to allergies
- Dogs considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to compatibility with the resident dog
- Initial three-month stay preferred, with flexibility thereafter
This is a private bedroom and bathroom within a shared home, not a separate apartment or ADU.
If interested, please share a little about yourself, your occupation, and your anticipated move-in date.
