Pets are limited to two (2 total) cats / dogs not weighing more than 40 lbs. each and require a refundable $250 pet deposit and an additional $20 monthly fee per pet.
Leases can be 6 months but incur a monthly rate increase.

Total monthly income (before taxes) must be 3 times the amount of monthly rent.
No bankruptcies in the last 7 years.
No unpaid bills owed to previous property owners.
No evictions within the last 7 years.
No outstanding collections for credit cards, car payments, or utility companies (Medical debts and student loans are not counted against you).
No repossessions.
At least 80% of accounts are in good standing.
