Verified residentReview source: verified residentIt seemed like they just threw the apts together. The locks on the windows were broke. I had to fix them. Holes in the door in bathroom. And I had to buy boric acid and gel to try and get rid of the roaches from day 1. Even tho u pay for pest control. All they do is put some boxes out. The light going to the steps is out and has been and I've put in maintenance request and 3 weeks later its still out. Isn't safe at all. The laundry room is filthy every time u go in there. Trash on the floor and on the machines. The trash can is always over flowing. The staff are great they just don't follow thru on the responsibilities of maintaining a complex.
