QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Applicants who do not meet minimum screening standards will not be approved.
• Applicant must have current photo identification and a valid social security number.
• Applicant's gross annual income must meet or exceed three times the annual cost of rent. All income must be from a verifiable source. Unverifiable income will not be considered. Cosigners are accepted to meet this requirement.
• Applicants must receive positive references from all previous landlords for the previous five years.
• Applicant may not have any evictions or unpaid judgments from previous landlords.
• Applicant must exhibit a responsible financial life. The credit score must be a minimum of 650.
• A background check will be conducted on all applicants 18 years and older. The applicant's background must exhibit a pattern of responsibility.
• Applicant must be a non-smoker.
• Occupancy is limited to 2 people per bedroom.

1-Year Lease. Background and Credit Check required, and the Landlord will send the application upon verification of minimum qualifications. The rent is $1,800.00/Monthly. The first month's rent and $1,800.00 Security Deposit are Required before moving in.
