This tiny home is a perfect retreat for a romantic getaway, relaxation, or adventures.

Step inside this tiny home that has many of the comforts you need: one bedroom with a comfortable full-size bed, wi-fi, a sparkling white bathroom with toiletries, washer/dryer, and a couch that sleeps 2! Our full size kitchen has appliances, cookware, utensils, and a Keurig. The outdoor screened porch is a perfect morning spot for peaceful serenity or a relaxing way to unwind at night.

The community offers a pool, clubhouse, nature trails, and a fire pit.

Our tiny home is only 30 minutes away from downtown Asheville to the north or Greenville South Carolina to the south.

Whole house access. Guests also have access to the amenities of the village such as the pool, walking trails, and fire pit. Guests will utilize the self check-in upon arrival.
Other things to note
This tiny home is best for 2 responsibles. The one bedroom has a full bed that sleeps 2 responsibles and the couch, when converted, will sleep 2 children and would be most comfortable for only 1 responsible. It is a futon style couch when converted.

Quiet time is at 10pm so please respect the neighbors. The tiny home is a smoke and vape free home for the pleasure of all our guests. Please no parties.

Due to community lease regulations and one of the hosts having severe pet dander allergies, no pets are allowed.

The access to the porch is elevated and only accessible via steps. No ramp access available to the tiny home but the amenities have ADA compliant access.

While the tiny home does have hot water and showers, the house does have a smaller water heating tank. Therefore, when washing laundry try to use the tap cold setting. When taking showers, it is recommended in the morning and in the evening. You may get away with 2 at one time during the day. There are several showers located by the pool.
