This is a one-bedroom apartment downtown. Partially above ground, with good light. There are other housemates, but the apartment has its separate kitchen, living space, bathroom. Entrance to the house is shared, and we try to have a house dinner ~ once a month, and housemates get along well.

Ideally this will be long-term (the previous people lived here 3 years), but shorter term could work, too. Wouldn't be feasible for someone who has a ton of stuff, as it's already furnished. We all share the garage for gear...
