Pet Policy: One (1) pet is allowed on the property, subject to the landlord's approval. $300 non-refundable pet fee is required, in addition to the security deposit.

Utilities: The renter will be responsible for paying for water, electricity, gas, sewer, and internet services for the property during the lease term.
Maintenance: The landlord will be responsible for maintaining the property in good condition and repairing any damages caused by normal wear and tear. The renter will be responsible for reporting any damages or maintenance issues to the landlord as soon as possible.
Late Payment: A late fee of $200 will be charged if the rent is not paid in full by the fifth day of the month.
Subleasing: Subleasing of the property is not allowed.
Leasing Term: One (1) year
Termination: If the renter wishes to terminate the lease before the end of the lease term, a minimum of 30 day notice is required and a fee of one month's rent will be charged.
