With our Deposit Installment Program, eligible residents can spread their security deposit amount over monthly installments added to rent, instead of paying it all at move-in. This keeps your initial move-in costs low while still building your refundable security deposit each month. A monthly administration fee applies, and installment payments follow normal rent payment guidelines.

How It Works (simple explanation):

* Your required deposit is divided into equal monthly installments over your lease term.

* Each month, a portion goes toward your refundable deposit, plus a small admin fee.

* Your deposit balance is fully refundable at move-out, just like a standard deposit.

* Minimum 580 credit score per applicant
