The median rent in St. Louis Park fell by 1.2% over the course of November, and has now increased by a total of 2.0% over the past 12 months. St. Louis Park’s rent growth over the past year has has fallen behind the state average (3.1%) but has outpaced the national average (-1.1%).
Eleven months into the year, rents in St. Louis Park have risen 1.4%. This is a faster rate of growth compared to what the city was experiencing at this point last year: from January to November 2024 rents had increased 0.7%.
