Property DescriptionFor a video tour of this home, please contact the listing agent, David, or search the address "1501 Dogwood Lane, Carver" on YouTube.
This stunning end-unit townhome in Carver's Timber Creek community offers 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 1,777 square feet of beautifully designed living space across two levels. Soaring 9-foot ceilings and a grand vaulted entry set the tone from the moment you walk in, and the abundance of windows throughout floods every room with natural light. The open-concept main level is made for entertaining -- a large kitchen with generous storage, an oversized island perfect for hosting, and an electric fireplace anchor the space, which walks out directly to a private patio surrounded by green space. Head upstairs to find all three bedrooms, including a spacious primary suite with a huge walk-in closet and a private bathroom, plus two additional bedrooms and a full bath -- all served by conveniently located upper-level laundry. As a corner unit, you get the added privacy and extra windows that interior units simply can't offer. Nature paths wind through the surrounding area, and quick access to Hwy 212 makes commuting a breeze.
