PRESCREEN & TOUR REQUIREMENTS: Must have a 660 or higher credit score, gross monthly income should be 3x monthly rent, no felonies or violent crime convictions, and no evictions in the last 7 years. Proof of employment and income are required before lease signing.

RENTER'S INSURANCE: Proof of renter's insurance policy required prior to move in. Tenant is required to obtain and maintain at all times during the Term insurance covering Tenant’s personal property and
damage to property with per occurrence limits of not less than $100,000.00.
