2. If you and another adult who will be living in the property combined with your income amounted to at least $30,000 in 2023 and are both currently employed.
3. If you have someone who will guarantee that the rent will be paid who has maintained employment at the same place for at least 1 year and earned at least $30,000 in 2023.
APPLICATION PROCESS No application fee. Each adult must complete a separate application and provide proof of earned income. $25 fee for a background check, if your application is approved.
