Energy Efficiency: Designed to help reduce utility bills and support a sustainable lifestyle. Pet-Friendly: Cats and dogs are welcome to join you in your new home! Utilities Included: No gas bill! Sewer, trash removal, snow removal, and lawn care are all covered in the rental rate. Rental Details: • Studio Units: Starting at $950 per month for a 24-month lease. • One-Bedroom Units: Starting at $1,200 per month for a 24-month lease. • Security Deposit: Equivalent to 1.5x times the monthly rent. • Our applications are $55 per person over the age of 18 that will be living at the location.
