Your kitchen has newly installed white luxury, waterproof vinyl flooring and updated cabinets. We also switched out the old refrigerator and stove with newer, stainless steel appliances for you.

Love air conditioning and heat? We replaced our furnaces and air conditioning units 2 years ago so they are in a pristine condition. It may be hard to believe, but some properties in the area DO NOT offer central air. Please be mindful of that when shopping around.

I don't know about you, but we care about safety and peace of mind, that's why we installed three Ring floodlights with cameras. You'll be able to view the exterior of the home 24/7, from virtually anywhere in the world.

The washer and dryer are for your use and you won't have to worry about sharing it with anyone.

NEW DRIVEWAY and privacy fence installed summer 2024. You can PARK up to 3 cars in the driveway and not have to worry about street parking.
