With its strong colonial bones, this delightful rental home was lovingly restored and refinished with modern upgrades while maintaining its historic essence. Downtown Rockport is a short stroll or drive to explore the art galleries and shops around Bearskin Neck. Nearby is the commuter rail which goes into Boston. The main floor consists of a spacious open living/dining area, a remodeled, fully-applianced kitchen, a family room with large TV, a small office, and full bath with a washer/dryer. Upstairs are three bedrooms and the second full bath. Off-street parking for one car in driveway. One dog OK with landlord approval. There are smart TVs on both floors. No cable. Internet and all other utilities included with electric and propane capped at $600/mo. First, last, security due at signing. No smoking. No events or parties.
