Looking for tenants:
I prefer tenants with long-term plan to live in this area. Such as one or two roommates who already know each other and plan to stay around for a while or a couple or family who have jobs or schools around here. Good rental history is a must. I have my application form and screening procedure. You don't need to do anything until touring and deciding to apply.
Please respond to this post with a brief self-introduction. I will update the post timely with updated information. If you send me a message, I will also update you with reminders or updates or the touring date etc.
