Available August 3rd 2026. This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment unit is located just south of downtown on S. Walnut Street. This historic building has commercial space on the main floor and 3 charming apartments on the second floor. Apartment #3 is available for $850 monthly rent. There is a security deposit of $850 as well that we will hold for the remainder of your lease. All utilities including gas, electricity, water, sewer, and trash, are included in a monthly $100 utility fee. Tenants would be responsible for internet and cable utility costs if they wish to set up service. There is no washer or dryer on site.
