Verified residentReview source: verified residentStaff and management is like revolving doors. In the last 6 months I have see so much decline in the enforcement of rules and regulations of Elan community. There is no system of packages. Packages are missing. Placed in places you cannot find. Pools rules are enforced. People have loud parties after hours, get their friends inside and cause disturbance. Informed the management. No one looked into it. Parking garage is not maintained, kept clean and so forth.
