Hi there! My name is Kevin. I am a young, active, working professional in the healthcare field. I am out of the house most of the day, but occasionally work remotely from my home office. I'm an avid golfer and fitness enthusiast. I am highly social but not a big party thrower.

My house is a 1yr old, 1900 square foot home, centrally located in the Movado neighborhood. I have 2 smaller bedrooms and a private bath available for rent. Both rooms are included in the rental and one can be easily used as a home office or living space. You will have access to the downstairs including a full kitchen, living area and TV. There is also a community pool in the neighborhood. Utilities are included, as well as a garage or driveway parking spot.
