Verified residentReview source: verified residentProperty claims to be ADA compliant, but no grab bars in bathroom or shower and carpet in bedroom. I had to pay to have carpet removed and hard floor installed, and grab bars installed. Also, ethernet internet ports do not work, only WiFi works. Some glitches with gate unlocking in Clare Home app - a hassle.
