Outdoor security cameras only -- none inside.
Pets: cats and small dogs with approval (max 2, under 50 lb) -- $150 one-time pet fee per pet plus $35/month pet rent.
Listed prices are for 6+ month leases. We accept shorter lease terms too -- inquire for details. Every tenant staying over a week goes through our standard tenant screening, including a background check.
