This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with a den which has a free standing wardrobe closet that could be used as a bedroom and it was built in 2025 and has never been lived in. The unit has stainless steel appliances, tiled flooring and upgraded counter-tops. There is a 6 foot privacy fence in the back yard and washer and dryer hook up in the unit. Small dogs are welcome and there would be a $25.00 charge per pet a month. Lawn service and water service is included in the monthly rental rate.
