It's only a stone's throw down the canal to the open Estero Bay, then just minutes to the Gulf. A huge dock runs the full width of the property where you can dock your boat. Or spend many relaxing hours just fishing right from your dock! Take a break from the beach and spend some quality time with the kids fishing. There's a huge, wonderful two-level wooden deck sitting out back on the canal filled with comfortable outdoor furniture for entertaining or relaxing while soaking up that beautiful Florida sunshine. Of course, there's a nice big BBQ grill to cook up a few steaks or all that fish you catch! Tropical plants, palm trees swaying in the breeze, tide coming in and going out of the canal out back, egrets, herons and osprey birds fish along side you in the canal, jumping fish, even the occasional manatee and dolphin will venture down from the Bay - all this sets the scene for the perfect island vacation.

The front porch deck welcomes you and your family to sit and chat and enjoy a cool drink after a full day at the beach. The living room features comfortable furniture, large flat screen tv and wireless internet. You can entertain with ease at the dining room table for 10 and a huge flat screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen has all new appliances, including that oh-so-necessary dishwasher. Dishware and cookware are included.

When its time to retire, head to the four bedrooms to keep you and your family resting peacefully. All the bedrooms have been outfitted with brand new bedroom furniture, mattresses, fresh linens and TVs. Bedroom #1 has TWO sets of Twin Bunk Beds and its own TV. Bedroom #2 has a Queen sized Bed and its own TV. Bedroom #1 and #2 share the Guest Bath with a shower/tub combo. Bedroom #3 also has a Queen sized Bed and its own TV, but also has its own En Suite Full Bath with a Walk In Shower. Bedroom #4 is on the opposite side of the house and is considered the Master Bedroom, which has a King-sized bed, its own TV for late night viewing and its own En Suite Full Bath with tub/shower combo.

This home will be rented furnished. For your convenience, there is a washer/dryer in the home and free WiFi.
