Villagio Master Association- there are prerequisites for this rental. Credit score 660 or above, no co-signers permitted and no criminal background. This will be verified through their Tenant Evaluation application process. No pets allowed. $100 HOA app fee per person 18 y/o and up, $55 background check per person and $50 trash fee per person (one time). $50 per vehicle fee as well for gate access. Community Association Security deposit required $750.
