A driver's license or state issued photo ID is required before you can take a tour. We qualify everyone equally and approval is subject to a full background and credit check. There isn't a specific credit score required, but a 570+ is preferred. We will check for previous evictions and a verifiable rental history. A gross income of at least 3 times the rent required to qualify. Application per adult (18+) living in the home.
Each adult must fill out a separate application.
