Property DescriptionWelcome home to this charming, recently renovated third-floor walk-up apartment conveniently located near Trolley Square, Ursuline Academy, I-95, and Cool Springs Park. This cozy two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment offers a wonderful mix of comfort, character, and modern updates. Inside, you?ll find new carpeting, luxury vinyl plank flooring, thermal windows, a new zoned mini-split heat pump HVAC system, and updated appliances. The spacious kitchen, living, and dining area creates a warm, open space that?s perfect for relaxing or entertaining, with beautiful butcher block countertops, a large island, and plenty of storage.
Both bedrooms have their own unique character. The rounded turret bedroom features an abundance of windows that fill the room with natural light, along with a closet. The second bedroom offers a large walk-in closet, a dressing area, and a charming wood-trimmed sleeping space. The building also offers shared laundry with a washer and dryer located in the common stair tower, as well as a landscaped garden and walkway leading to the rear parking area. One off-street parking space for a medium-sized vehicle is included with the rent.
The landlord covers reasonable water and sewer usage, while tenants are responsible for electric, internet/data, and telephone service. The entire building is non-smoking. One cat is welcome with a $250 pet deposit, with the understanding that food and litter boxes must be kept on hard flooring rather than carpet. Tenants are responsible for cleaning the filters in the mini-split heat pump air handlers. Renters insurance is recommended, as the landlord?s insurance does not cover personal belongings. This apartment is available with a one-year lease. Please note that this is a third-floor walk-up, so access is by stairs only.
