Within walking distance of downtown Manitou Springs and Old Colorado City, near highway 24 and shopping. Public pool 2 blocks away, free summertime shuttle into Manitou Springs one block away. Heated, attached garage parking for one vehicle. This guesthouse was designed and built by builder/owner who lives onsite in separate house. Tenants have signed up for 3 months then stayed for more than 2 years. This is a very desirable property in a very desirable location. Landlord pays for WIFI, cable and water. Tenant pays for gas and electric. No large party gatherings, no pets, no smoking, vaping, etc.
