Our home is professionally cleaned by some of the best vacation rental cleaners that we know and we have all of our linens and towels professionally laundered at Laundry Time Circle, the best laundromat around.

The coveted Crystal Hills neighborhood is a safe, quiet, tranquil place. You can walk to the beloved Sand Canyon trailhead or hop onto to the Intemann Trail which can take you all the way into downtown Manitou Springs.

You may park up to four vehicles in the garage + driveway + street parking in front of the house. Please limit street parking to two cars maximum.

This is an excellent neighborhood for taking walks, running, riding bikes- the Sand Canyon trailhead located just down the block and brings you into Red Rock Canyon Open Space, one of the best parks in Colorado Springs and a local favorite.

A local favorite Mexican restaurant, The Crystal Park Cantina, is just a 2 minute drive down the road.

Our home is located very close to Highway 24, which is a main east-west artery that leads you east directly through Old Colorado City and the downtown Colorado Springs city core to intersect with I-25 or west up into the mountains towards Manitou Springs, Cascade, Divide, and beyond.
