Tenant will have access to the complex’s pool in the summer, 24 hour gym and clubhouse upon request. Rent includes water and trash. Tenant will be responsible for utilities and WiFi.

Tenants are permitted to keep up to 2 domestic cats in the rental unit. No other pets, including dogs, reptiles, birds, or other animals, are allowed without prior written consent from the landlord.

Tenants are responsible for any damage caused by their cats, including but not limited to scratches, odors, or stains. An additional pet deposit of $200 is required.
