The median rent in Simi Valley fell by 2.1% over the course of October, and has now decreased by a total of 3.2% over the past 12 months. Simi Valley’s rent growth over the past year has has fallen behind both the state (1.3%) and national averages (-0.9%).
Ten months into the year, rents in Simi Valley have fallen 0.6%. This is a slower rate of growth compared to what the city was experiencing at this point last year: from January to October 2024 rents had increased 4.5%.
