This newer townhome is located near all the attractions of the lower Seabright Area: a short walk to all the restaurants and the brewery, and a short walk or bike ride to the beach.

This tri-level home totals 3 large bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms over three floors. Each of the bedrooms is set up as a primary bedroom with a full private bathroom, closet space and plenty of privacy as they are one per floor. Two of the bedrooms and the stairs have carpets, while all other areas have hard surface flooring.

The open floor plan of the kitchen, living and dining area makes this a perfect space for the family and friends to hang out or to entertain for a small dinner party. The living room area impresses with its cathedral ceiling. The kitchen has all stainless-steel appliances, a garbage disposal, and plenty of counter and cabinet space. Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave hood, and oven are all included.

The home has an abundance of storage space with hallway closets, the storage available in the two-car garage, as well as the attic space that would offer room for all holiday decorations and more. The home has forced-air heating, an on demand hot water heater, a water softening system (monthly rental and salts covered by owner). The home has a washer and dryer.

Utilities included are trash, and the tenant pays water, sewer, and PG&E. We approve applicants who have a household income of three times the monthly rent amount (sorry, no cosigners), good credit (625 min. credit score) and positive landlord and/or employer references. Applicants cannot have any record of bankruptcies in the last two years or any previous unlawful detainers.

We require a separate application for any resident over the age of 18 who will be living at this residence. We also require any resident under the age of 18 to be identified as well.
