It is on a very private gated road with an electric gate and keypad. The property has a gorgeous redwood grove and beautiful landscaping. It is only a 10 minute drive to Watsonville and less than a 15 minute drive to Gilroy. Perfect for someone or a couple who work in either of those areas and who enjoys nature. The county park is a 5 minute drive, where there are miles and miles of walking trails in the redwoods. You can also rent horses at Mt Madonna Stables. It is an almost brand new house and has barely used appliances and modern fixtures. There is a dishwasher and a garbage disposal and dimmable lights. There is also a cozy gas burning fireplace. The house is a large guest house next to our house, which used to be a bed and breakfast. The house has it's own parking area separate from the main house.
