This retreat comes with all brand new appliances, custom made barn doors throughout, chargers built in to the EXTRA LARGE kitchen island, fire pits in the front and back yards and sleeps 10 people comfortably in beds.
Enjoy a book while relaxing on the comfortable window seat while looking out onto the beautiful mountains or the gorgeous sunset. Our oversized great room/kitchen was built with entertaining in mind. It never fails, guests gather in the kitchen while the host is preparing dinner and that is exactly what we had in mind when designing this kitchen, lots of room for people to gather around and socialize or take one step up to the large open entertainment room.

We have a large backyard with a lounge area and ping pong table along with gorgeous mountain views. You will have access to the backyard and one of the rooms will have a private entrance.
Our home is centrally located between the mountains(hiking) and the ocean (surfing & sunsets), with museums, the mission, parks, recreation, shopping, wine tasting, Santa Ynez, Montecito (celeb sightings) and much more very close by.
Bicycling is a very popular way to get downtown and to the beach, with bike paths located around town. We use Uber and Lyft for a night out downtown, as it is just a $7 ride with no parking fees and drop off right in front! if you do drive, there are several public parking spots which are usually 75 min free then $2.50 each hour after that.
