We will (1) check your credit report; (2) search for any past evictions; (3) verify your employment, if applicable; (4) verify your household income; (5) verify your rental history with previous landlords; and (6) perform a criminal background screening. Most applications are processed in 2-3 business days from the date we receive a completed application and all supporting documentation.

Security Deposits are calculated using a risk-based model. Applicants who meet all the Basic Criteria may be approved at the advertised security deposit amount. Applicants that do not meet the Basic Criteria, but exceed the Minimum Criteria, may be approved with a higher security deposit.

Please DO NOT APPLY if your credit score is below 600, household income is less than 2.5x the asking rent, have ever been evicted, have negative rental history, have recent drug/violence related felonies, or if your pets do not comply with this propertys pet policy.
