The first level of the home features an open floor which encompasses the living area and kitchen.
Kitchen amenities include a four-burner gas stove with oven, a refrigerator, and a breakfast bar.
The second level home features a bedroom and a bath with stall shower.
A sheltered private patio provides a wonderful outdoor living space.
On site coin operated laundry. No on-site parking available, on street parking available on a first come basis.
One small dog 15 lbs. or under, with references considered and subject to owner approval.
A monthly charge of $65.00 for PG&E is applicable.

• Application required from each applicant 18+ years older
• Meet company qualifying requirements
•Able to take possession of property within 21 days of availability
• Favorable responses from references
• Evidence that applicant has the financial ability to pay the rent along with their other obligations.
