Single unfurnished Master bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom and large walk-in closet for rent in the River Islands neighborhood. Looking for a quiet and responsible/working housemate that can clean up after themselves. Only single occupants to rent the room to (No children or partners).

Currently there are 2 other tenants living at the property who are engineers. We are looking for a 3rd responsible and clean roommate who we can get along with. There are no pets or children at the home which provides a nice quiet place to relax from work or study.

Prospective tenants must have proof of income and pay for a background check and credit check.

Full gym with free weights and a squat/bench-press station

Full kitchen is provided with everything you would need for cooking/baking.

Upstairs washer/dryer is right next to the master bedroom

Date Available: April 1st 2024. $1200/month rent. $500 security deposit required.
