There's a reserved parking space with plenty of additional on-site parking (the driveway is steep - careful drivers only please). The property is quiet, peaceful, and surrounded by trees, but not secluded.

Please note that this 1 bedroom apartment is part of a duplex. The other unit on this property is an attached 3 bedroom home, which is occupied by a family.

We're looking for a single resident, or a couple - no more than two people please. Resident/s should be kind and easy to get along with, with strong credit, verifiable income and good recommendations from previous landlords. No pets will be allowed, and no smoking in or around either property.
