5. FIRST MONTH'S RENT OF $800 AND $500 SECURITY DEPOSIT IS DUE ON THE FIRST DAY OF RENT. TOTAL of $1300 DUE WHEN BOTH PARTIES AGREE AND TENANT IS READY TO MOVE IN.

ADD ANOTHER $250 FOR ADDITIONAL OCCUPANT (MAXIMUM 2 PERSONS PER ROOM) FOR A TOTAL OF $1050 RENT MONTHLY - NO EXCEPTION !!
