We are looking to lease the property for anywhere between 6 to 12 months starting November, 2026 and ending October, 2027. Starlink internet and trash service will be paid by owner. Tenant will be billed monthly by landlord for electric, water and gas based on usage. Pets are negotiable but there will be a $50 monthly fee if we allow a pet.
Home will come fully furnished but for bed linens, pillow and towels. Kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances, utensils and plates that you would need. Home is located within walking distance to the center of Pine, yet is quietly tucked away on a very quiet, dirt road cul de sac. We are regularly visited by deer, elk, javelina, fox, skunk and a myriad of birds.
We will require both a criminal and financial background check. Credit score shall be no less than 750 and monthly earnings no less than 3x the monthly rent ($7,500). There will be absolutely NO subletting/short term leasing, no smoking on or in property, and not outdoor fires (it's a forest).
