LEASE PREPARATION FEE: $199 One-time upon each annual renewal.
PET RENT, FEES, AND INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Monthly pet rent is $35 for each cat and/or dog (as permitted by applicable law.)
Example:
Resident has 1 cat and 1 dog
Monthly rent for 2 pets: $70 each month
Non-refundable (or refundable deposit based upon applicable law) security deposit for each pet is $300; total security deposit is $600.
INCOME QUALIFICATION: Gross income amount to qualify is 3-times gross income.
Example:
Monthly Rent: $2,145 per mo.
Gross Monthly Income: $6,435 per mo.
REQUIRED RENTER’S INSURANCE: $100,000 liability coverage that also covers pets/pet damage up to $___________ per pet.
